Do air purifiers kill the virus, bugs, and bacteria. Your questions answer is yes and no. Here’s the mean, Not all air purifiers are designed to kill germs and viruses.
Most are made to trap particles like allergens, dust, and smoke so that you can breathe better if you want an air purifier for your home that kills bacteria and viruses. Then you need to find that device that has one of these three things:

Do HEPA Filters Remove Viruses

One of the most critical things HEPA can’t remove the individual viruses directly. Because the different viruses size is petite, be 20 to 30 nanometers. And a HEPA Filter can’t capture these small viruses.
It would have big giant holes in it, so the HEPA filter is like anet trying to catch fish. These are tidal fish, and the HEPA filter has great big holes, so anybody who says that that net can capture that virus would be a hundred percent correct. Because the HEPA Filter removes those particles and viruses, they are more significant than 0.3 microns.
That a HEPA filter will capture would typically be immersed or submerged inside saliva or mucus, so there is a small drop of mucus and this guy.
Let’s give it an arbitrary diameter of one micron, which is still incredibly trim so that one-micron particle that you breathe out would be floating around in the air indefinitely.
It would never settle to the ground eventually would evaporate, but the 40 fades of saliva and mucus don’t evaporate that quick this one-micron particle would float around, and inside that would sit all these coronaviruses or influenza viruses or whatever type of virus that may be infecting that mucus droplet. So there we have it a little bit like a raisin bun, we’ve got the bun, and inside it’s full of raisins.
Those raisins are tiny. Those are the viruses, and now we have our net bears are met and would capture these particles in the HEPA filter, so the HEPA filter is not trying to catch individual viruses.
It’s trying to catch the raisin buns, these mucus droplets, or these salivae droplets floating around in the air, just like cigarette smoke is in a smoky room. The HEPA filter idea is that you draw that contaminated air through that HEPA filter, all those aerosols, all those fine droplets with a virus, and catch on that surface. What comes out the other side is essentially the air – all these very dangerous air assaults, and that’s why HEPA filtration works. It’ll clean the air, and whatever comes out of it will no longer have viruses in it.
